 Bent Mat Yoga

Yoga ~ a word that can mean something so completely different to each person who hears it. 

To me, yoga, gives my body the ability to move.

I was drawn to yoga when my spine started to fuse after a car accident, to keep the mobility that had been created from months working with my physio therapist; I stayed with yoga because I fell in love with it.

I haven't stopped learning and studying since.
